Bit of a long one here, but I've been seeing your shorts pop up all over my feed, and I watch every one. So, I'm 25, working a lot (not for much longer, thank God), and I'm trying to get my body back in shape and healthier than ever. 5'8", 117-118, hurt lumbar, and my sciatic joint just started hurting a few weeks ago. I'm doing good keeping myself in a certain weight range but don't know what would work best for me given my build and mentioned "issues." Any recommendations for #1 getting strength in my back without pushing it too far, and #2 building muscle from where I'm at currently?
