I’ve noticed the most hair growth when I stay out of hair salons 💇🏽‍♀️ and do my hair at home.

My hair doesn't get heat damage easily, but when I did, I did coconut treatment and the curls bounced back like before.

Hey guys! Let’s catch up! I narrowed this video down as simple as I could while still being thorough about where I am currently in my hair journey ❤

I agree with you 100%, I do not use any heat on my hair ever! Back on my hair journey now for 14 months, my hair has grown over 12 inches. I don't really measure it. But after I cut my hair 14 months ago, my hair was shoulder length. Now my hair is just about waist length. About an inch or two above my waist now, but my hair is not straightened at all, so it might actually be to my waist.

The Restore Nectar looks great. I'm putting it on my wishlist! I love the packaging. Very classic.

Your previous length was classic you are now at tailbone length

Wait does this mean you were able to get to this length in 9 months? That's an insane amount of growth.

Now this is a tailbone length! ❤ Some poor kids keep saying their hair is that long while it is like still shoulders length 😂 I have a question is there is any fenugreek smell in any of the products? Especially the oil?!

I just want my hair under by boobs at the front, so just above waist length 😭 I’m going to try to focus on eating better, I don’t think I eat enough and I’m a pescatarian. I need to protective style but I don’t trust hair salons, my hair is too thin to do mini twist.

Shawnta,

Thank you so much for your quality videos. Your hair is absolutely beautiful. I have been natural for just over nine years now, and the past year, suffered a tremendous setback (extreme hair fall/loss/thinning). I'm working my way back to better hair. My questions for are, do you use a heat protectant with silicones when you do your blowouts, and if so, how do you get and keep your hair moisturized with your layering process? I watched your video about the protective style that saved your hair, and I want to try that process and style. I also have a bit of a struggle keeping not just my edges to stay down, but the top layer of my hair, and I'm not sure whether my hair has broken off or is growing in. Again, the past year, my hair has changed dramatically, and needless to say, it has been devestating. I'm now doing everything I can to get it healthy and thriving again (prayer being the number one thing!)

Have a blessed day, and I look forward to your reply.
