30 Minute Savage Boxing Heavy Bag Workout | Punching Bag Workout

This is Session 1 of the Savage boxing Heavy bag. These boxing heavy bag workouts are ideal for all levels. I've combined heavy bag combinations, conditioning drills, music, motivational and instructional voice, and a round-timer. The Savage Boxing Heavy bag workout format is a 1-minute interval before a 20-second rest. Then you hit a 40-second conditioning set. We repeat that for 3 sets per round, like other Nate Bower Fitness Heavy bag workouts. Walk up to the heavy bag, listen up, and let your hands go!

im a woman and i've been doing various videos of your boxing workouts for 5 days straight already. They're all so tiring but ridiculously fun! on the first three days whenever i feel exhausted i'll stop but after that hearing your voice saying never stop or dont slow down just fuels my energy to actually continue and finish them. thanks to you nate!

Ive been doing your heavy bag workouts for almost a year now and ive loved to 20 minute series and HIIT series. I thought this one would be too hard but it's amazing. Challenges me perfectly and is now my favorite workout so far. Keep up the awesome videos

Thanks Nate. I joined a boxing gym a few years ago and liked it but stopped going after a few months due to a foot surgery. The place was kind of far and kind of expensive. I ended up putting a gym in my basement due to covid closing gyms down and added a sweet boxing setup. Been ripping the bag watching these videos and having a good time

since for the last two months I have been learning boxing through youtube and today I have done back to back your boxing conditioning workouts (may be for10 minutes), 30 minutes round 2 heavy bag boxing and 30 minutes savage boxing workout with 3 minutes rest in between. don't know whether my stamina is good for boxing match or not because I have neither boxed nor speared in the ring. LastlyThanks for coaching us.

I just want to say if it weren’t for your videos I wouldn’t love boxing as much as I do now! I watch your videos almost everyday. I feel so much stronger and was able to tone down my body and enjoy working out at the same time! Thank you for what you do and inspiring other people!
