This fun yet challenging 8 round boxing workout combines legitimate boxing combinations, conditioning, and hardcore endurance rounds.

Warm-up. Punch Review 1 to 6 x 10 reps per combo

Round 2
Freestyle inside 30 seconds power
Freestyle outside 30 seconds power
Rest 30
Freestyle inside 30 seconds speed
Freestyle outside 30 seconds speed
Rest 1 minute

Round 3
Hold bag forward back hops 30 seconds
Hold out 1 minute
Forward back hops
Hold another leg 1 minute
1-minute rest

1-3B-6-3-C 1 minute
Squat 1-2-1-2 Squat 1-2-1-2 1 minute
Max Freestyle 1 minute

2-3-2-DR-2-3 1 minute

Boxing heavy bag workout Improves Strength and Power.
The muscles in your upper body, like your arms, chest, back, and shoulders, as well as your lower body's legs and even your core, are all engaged during a heavy bag training session, making it an extremely effective Full Body workout.

A punching bag workout for beginners is usually 15-30 minutes, but it is up to you! It depends on your fitness level and how intense you want your workout to be - if you're new to boxing training, you should pace yourself during a longer workout.

When training with a punching bag, the combination of High Intensity movement and rest is the same. This training method that's so fashionable right now is the most effective way of burning fat and losing weight.

This is still the most savage workout on YouTube…I still pull this one off on ‘good days, ’ usually after several weeks of training (and I’m 6”4, 265lbs). Still going strong on these heavy bag workouts (which got me through 2020), two+ years later…Thanks Nate!!! Heavyweights luv ya bro

Wanted to comment on these videos - 42yr old bloke, not especially fit, mad boxing fan, been boxing training for a little over 2 yrs now, and this quarantine has only increased my focus - but it's thanks to Nate Bower and these videos that has kept me going. Apart from being insanely brutal (the 12 min warm up is a killer, not to mention all those squats that pop up out of nowhere!), his videos are inspiring to me and I thoroughly enjoy training with them. Great work sir and thank you!!

Doing this and some others of nates workouts for 5 weeks and eating well (but very bearable had some cheat days!) I lost a whopping 4.7kg . So recommend this, and thank u so much Nate ur the best!

I was a bit crazy, so I did this after 2 weeks of not training. I kept on sweating 10min after training, That split squats+push ups shoul be illegal to do after all that punching 😂 But I'll do it again on 2 days 😂 Thanks, Nate! You are the best!

I got my boxing bag today i am 13 years and i just did something like this for the 1st time and i almost succeed i just got the knee down in the second challenge and a 10 secs extra break in every round to know what combos / exercises we were actually supposed to do after this workout i am felling like a beast a monster a boxer !!!

Nate, you’re such an inspiration. I had a fight scheduled days before the shutdown and gradually I lost myself and got out of shape. I’m back, and it feels great to be pushed like I used to when training for a fight. This is the workout everyone 🙏🏼
