The Heavy bag workout will build as many muscles as possible, making it an excellent exercise for building strength and enhancing power. The muscles in the arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs, and core are all engaged during a heavy bag training session, making it an effective Full Body workout.

To make sure that your heavy bag is the right size for your needs and provides enough resistance for proper training, take your personal body weight and divide it by two. For example, if you weight 160 lb, your heavy bag should weigh roughly 80 lb.

When training with a punching bag, the combination of High Intensity movement and rest is the same. This training method that's so fashionable right now is the most effective way of burning fat and losing weight.

A punching bag workout for beginners is usually 15-30 minutes, but it is up to you!
It depends on your level of fitness and how intense you want your workout to be.
If you're new to boxing training, you should pace yourself during a longer workout.

Heavy Bag Workout without gloves has some advantages. A boxer typically punches the heavy bag while wearing hand wraps and boxing gloves. Punching the bag without wraps or gloves can toughen the skin while strengthening the bones, muscles, and connective tissue of your hands.

After almost 4 months of shredding and improving with u, I have to say this is one of your toughest workout routine. I have lost so much fat all around and now wear 32 inch Levi's :-).i workout 4 days a week. 10 mins jumping on the spot, 20 to 25 mins of your shredding or shadow boxing followed by 20 or 30 min heavy bag routines and maybe 5 mins of abs.I have never felt better. I do nothing else nor do I have anything left to workout any more. Needless to say, I eat healthy.

Love the first 3 workouts! I'm sweating up a storm like never before in the garage. I prefer the workouts with the clock on screen tho, easier to keep track. Cheers from New Zealand Nate!

Each time I hit my home gym for the “dreaded” HIIT training, I just play these videos and follow the instructions. Much needed motivation and GREAT cardio! Nothing beats boxing training for cardio. Great videos 👍🏻

I really miss the on-screen timer, from the first two HIIT videos. I switch leads halfway through each one-minute and each 30-second set, and the timer was invaluable for that.
