Hello Nate just got done with my 7th week in a row of doing your workout videos 5 days of the week.

I’m have lost about 20 pounds in total which doesn’t really look like a lot to me since im currently about 300lb.

My family members tell me Im starting to look more fit, but I don’t really know.

My current goal is to at least get to 250Lb since I have being Fat almost all of my life so hopefully I’ll reach it and not give up.

Anyway thank you for the Video I really appreciate them.

Yeah this one was a tough one, I took a break this past weekend because my left knuckles were hurting. And the warm up had me sweating instantly. Felt the burn in my ribs right ribs right way.

I did notice the second round had 3-2B-2 instead of 3-2b-3 like you said to do it though.

Anyway another great workout video, thanks for the uploads. 😃

Great Video Heavy Bag HIIT Workout that I can't wait to try out very soon!!. I'm still just getting used to your First Ultimate 30 Minute Heavy Bag HIIT Workout Video that you did 6 years ago!!. So once I am used to that One, I will try this Video and/or just Do Both because this Heavy Bag HIIT Workout looks more intense which I really like!!
