Honestly that 30 minutes flew over. I really enjoyed that. I ran 17 mile yesterday but really wanted to train today. This was perfect. I’m probably going to cool down with some light weights and a bit of skipping 🥊❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

That was a great workout. I am dripping in sweat right now, exactly what I need to start my Tuesday.
I believe the sound is a 3B-2 on the heavy bag. It has the speed and thump of a 3, followed by a solid 2 to the chest.

Just getting back into these workouts after recovering from a shoulder injury. Any advice you can give me about doing these types of workouts with shoulder issues would be very much appreciated.

I’ve moved and boxing gym prices have changed. I have a heavy bag for the apartment gym so I’ve been learning from you! Best part is that you plan the whole video and it lets me follow along. Most other YouTubers just put up quick drills it’s different when you have someone working with you🔥

Love this style workout with the option to rest or push on. One of the combos (1 slip 2 Dr) as you build on it really took me a minute to get the rhythm for. Thanks again, Coach Bower 🥇👊🥊
