I watched this last night, did this exercise this morning before my walk, it hurt while doing so, but i kept working it for about 2-3 mins. Then boom, no pain. I can turn, flex fully. Idk what happened. I know it’s still not fully healed, but it completely changed my pain. Thank you!!! Snowboarding season is here! Lol

Wow, Ive always struggled with long distanced running and prolonged cardio, and searched for many ways to strengthen my ankles. Turns out its not a strength issue but a mobility issue. My pain is reduced after just one session of the exercise myself. 👌👌

Excellent video. Is it fine to perform 3 sets of 10 reps each in the morning, evening and then before bed or is that pushing it too hard? If it feels like it's providing a ton of relief, can you just rock and forth at a comfortable pace for a few minutes instead of doing sets?

Crazy the first thing you mentioned was spot on I pressed on the area you said near the ankle and it hurts a lot should I jus keep off my feet or ? It happened randomly didn't notice it for a while then noticed pain in my ankle

Thank you for the video! May I ask you? If there was a recent sprained ankle, and this technique helped A LOT (thank you again), so the fibula was adjusted to the right spot, but the ankle still needs time to heal and recover from the pain, correct?

I had pain there for 1 year after my sprain already.... Im 18 and I usually heal.quick but I never got diagnosed properly. Can it still be fixed? I have pain from morning till evening. Sitting in school is so painful because there I get to feel it intense at inactivity. I already wore insoles and all. Will it still be fixable?
