My wife is a D.O Doctor just did the manipulation on my foot and got my pain to go away immediately.. I still have some inflamación.. thanks for uploading this video... I was not able to put pressure on my foot flat. Only doing a twist and put all pressure on the outside of my foot when walking.. I missed-align it doing a workout..

as far as I know, the cuboid can also be in pronated position, right?

Grt vid, thx. I believe this is what I developed after a 45 mins walk a couple of days ago. Ive been using ice, wrap and trying to stay off my feet. I'm gonna try the manipulation too.

please help me, I had heavy ankle sprain 8 month ago, it start giving pain on ankle after 15 days, then I used cripie bandage
then it not still recovering after 2 months, then I consulted ortho and ankle sprain solved
but that same time knee, hip pain started
then after 4 months, I consulted neuro specialist, he told to do ls.spine
and report of mri - normal
now I m having hip knee stiffness, back, neck pain
I need urgent help sir, it really helps me,
