3 Life Changing Breathing Exercises

After years of struggling with anxiety and mental health issues I found peace and purpose through breathing exercises. My brother showed me "Wim Hof Breathing" when I was at my absolute lowest and after he guided me through this 15 minute exercise I instantly felt better than I felt in years. My mind was actual still, peaceful and I felt great. So I promised myself id start doing something like this everyday. That was almost 4 years ago now!

Right on brother the breathing and cold has helped my anxiety immensely even wim just listening to hm gives you such a great feeling of gratitude etc

I have also struggled with mental health problems over the years and I also have a ADHD diagnosis. I’m currently on vyvanse but I plan to do the breathing exercises and maybe be able to quit it. I already struggle with the meditation practice.
How long did you take ADHD medication for?
