Boost Your Calm & Clarity: 4 Rounds of Guided Breathing Workout 🌱
Take a moment to center yourself with this 4-round guided breathing session. Designed to enhance your focus, relax your body, and rejuvenate your mind, this practice will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

📋 INSTRUCTIONS:

1️⃣ Deep Inhale & Let Go: Inhale deeply through your nose or mouth, filling your lungs fully from stomach to chest, and exhale gently through your mouth. Maintain a steady pace and engage your diaphragm fully. Repeat this for 40 breaths.

2️⃣ Breath Hold: After your final exhale, release the air completely and hold your breath as long as you can without force. Hold until the natural urge to breathe arises.

3️⃣ Full Inhale: When the urge to breathe hits, take a deep, full breath, expanding your chest completely. Hold the breath for around 10-15 seconds, then release naturally.

4️⃣ Repeat: Complete this process for a total of 4 rounds.

🌀 Breathing Technique - 4 Rounds Guide:

[00:00] Round 1: 40 breaths + holding your breath for 2 minutes
[04:36] Round 2: 40 breaths + holding your breath for 2 minutes
[09:06] Round 3: 40 breaths + holding your breath for 2 minutes 30 seconds
[14:05] Round 4: 40 breaths + holding your breath for 3 minutes

I like this one very much. I've tried as many different ones as I can discover with Wim guiding & found that his voice is fundamental to continuing the practice daily. Osteonecrosis stage 4, Chronic Pain alleviated by this! Thank you!
