Fruits are bad. 🥭 🍎 Have you been scared and fearmonger about something that doesn't matter or requires more context?
It so happens that the notion that fruits should be avoided or be placed somewhere in a meal / doesn't work like that when you assess more studies.

There are 2 sides to a coin 🪙
If you only share or see one side, that's all you'll be able to know.
But when you see things from both sides, your views can change and expand

Sugar is bad
Insulin is bad
Glucose is bad
Prevent a spike.

This is all baby talk by scientific pseudo-people.
They share what works for them, while the science and our responses are far from it

Mango pre-meal can improve your glucose response
Orange juice alongside a meal can improve gut inflammation markers and glucose response
An apple can improve satiety and act like the blockbuster GLp1 drugs by improving insulin sensitivity, modulating the microbiome, and having no effect on glucose.

Our environment, internal health/metabolism, and microbiome will determine our responses to food.
There will never be evidence to say exactly how you will respond, but only n=1, which also will alter across the year.

The fearmonger influences might have good intentions but can be dangerous by displacing mental and emotional fear into mechanisms that don’t matter.
