Bodyweight only! And boy, is this a sweaty session!!

Short intervals combined with slightly longer durations! And exercises grouped together to compliment each one!

All you need is your mat, bottle of water, a towel and a lot of energy ready to burn!

The timer will be on for 20 seconds of work per exercise, and we will perform each one for four sets in total! We then have 10 seconds of rest before moving to a longer set of 60 seconds before we have 20 seconds of rest!

What a session!!! I absolutely loved every part of this!! Especially as it’s been a while since not holding dumbbells!

The sweat was serious!

I loved this format, combining the short with the longer intervals!

I hope you love this workout as much as I genuinely did! Lying on the mat at the end was the best feeling!

The most inspirational thing about Caroline is that even when she is breathless and exhausted, she is still clearly enjoying herself! That’s ultimately what these workouts are about… not torturing yourself in the hopes of achieving a killer body, but pushing yourself to the limit because you genuinely love the challenge! 😀💪🏼❤️

This workout looks really spicy! I can’t wait to do it and feel that incredible endorphin rush afterwards! 🔥😅

Coming off of a sick week and wasn't going to do this one. This one terrified me, and by 15% I thought "Oh dear God, I can't do this, " but hung in there. Finally had to call it at 75%. One more sprawl and I'd be down for the count -- but still putting it in the W column. 75% of this is one heck of a workout. Thank you, Caroline, for pushing me beyond my limits.

I usually only did your dumbbell HIIT for the longest time, I was always intimidated and couldn’t keep up with all of your fast movements. But now because of FUEL I’m happy to say I’m loving your HIIT!! I’m amazed that now I’m loving sprawl and burpee’s!!! Thank you, Caroline for this amazing program! My favorite so far and I’ve done them all( except HIIT ) until now🤣💕

Phew I barely survived 😅 I enjoy the short bursts of moves and Caroline generously gave us 10 seconds to recover 😂😂. Fuel has definitely upped the stakes for a workout program, love it!

Loved every minute of it. Every single one. In my sixties and when I started with you Caroline, I couldn't keep up with any of your programs. Today, I was even able to keep up with your tempo the whole way through. It's amazing just how you can motivate us to be our very best in so many ways. Wow...that was intense! Rally enjoyed the format...but did think I might not make to the end...but did it..yay! However...no in no way did I keep pace with Caroline in a lot of the the exercises....she is a machine!!!

Oh my my! I haven't done any of the HIIT workouts except the ones with the FUEL series, and finding that I am enjoying them as it challenges my 64 year old body to do more, and that it CAN! Thanks Caroline!

Couldn't finish it. My wrist gave out. Do you know how many exercises we've done this week that are on our hands?! I'd love alternatives to those instead of just to impact.

I have been doing this program on and off (life happens) for a while now, and I absolutely love that the focus is on having a good time and pacing yourself instead of copying exact movements, weights, and timings. I use 3kg dumbbells and can't do a single full pushup. Hell, I can't even do a kneeling tricep pushup. But I substitute and work within my ranges - and I have never felt better!

Caroline has helped me fall absolutely in love with weight and resistance training. Her and Natacha Oceane are my favorite fitness creators who have helped me not only exercise with good form, but also for the right reasons.

I cannot wait to finish this program and start a new one! Cheers and thank you Caroline ❤

Thank you, Caroline! Today is my 40th birthday and I’ve been working out with you for a year now. I had these limiting beliefs that with my little kids at home, I couldn’t make the time for exercise and my body would never be as strong as it used to be. Well, you showed me otherwise. I now wake up every morning at 5am because I love doing your workouts and I can do more push-ups than I could when I was 18. I smashed this workout today, thanks to you, and I am so grateful! I'm not a HIIT kind of girl but I did this and really enjoyed it. I always feel so powerful when performing kick thru's. Although I wasn't as fast as CG, I was still drenched in sweat. Such a great session. Thanks so much, Caroline!

My second time doing Fuel series and it's proven to be just as challenging. It always reminds me of the scene from" Liar Liar " when Jim Carrey is beating himself up and someone walks in on him like "what are you doing?!" And he responds "I'm kicking my own ass!"
