Can't wait, Abby! Your challenges are incredible and I was really missing your videos and mails haha. I used to go to the gym and spend hours training with heavy weights, but now I have a complete new perspective of fitness and the importance of training smart - not harder. (thank you so much for that).

Yas! So ready! I was able to do 2 weeks of 30-40min of workouts consistently plus a walk in the afternoon as it’s been such a challenge for me to stay consistent on a daily basis. Getting it done in the morning really helped! Thank you so much for your workouts! Can’t wait for this next challenge ❤️

My routine totally went out the window with alternating Homeoffice. I hope to be back on track with the new challenge 💪 due to the new Lockdown in Germany I also leek mental strength. I'm feeling tired and unfit all day long. I'm looking forward to your motivation 💖
