Below are Amazon Links
They are expensive - I have links for cheaper juices

The links are Amazon Affiliate links. If you use them I make a small cut, but they are the normal Amazon prices for you.

Amazon affiliate links are above. If you use the links I get a small bit of income but it costs you no more than Amazon's normal prices.

I can attest to celery and blood pressure. I've been juicing since 2011 with celery and kale and it brought me from high blood pressure to around 114/76.

Interesting. In the first study, I couldn't find any mention of confounding factors which are important to consider in any study. Your title of the talk implies that fresh juice was used (juicing), but the article didn't say that. Was the consumption of juice or increased vegetable consumption that helped the depression? The study lacked a lot.

I've been hearing a lot more about how fiber is not necessary, and is actually causing harm to our bowel movements. They're saying fiber gets bound up and causes blockages. They always use the Inuit people as an example of not needing fiber. I hear most of this listening to carnivore doctors on YT such a Dr. Ken Berry and Dr. Chaffee

To avoid a chemical cocktail, grow your own grapes and everything else.

The reason grape juice increased athletic ability was almost certainly because it is high in sugar. Sugar gives people energy. There is no "magical" aspect of grape juice that gave these runners energy. Chances are that giving them sugar water would have done the same thing. And Gatorade would probably have done even better.

Just saying: your material is interesting... but I do NOT appreciate teaser methodology, especially when it is just an attempt to prolong the viewer's presence to maximise your exposure/ algorithm/ ad revenue.
Just say what you have to say in a logical order and let the viewer decide if in GENERAL your presentations are worth staying to the end for. Anything else is shameless self-indulgence.
