I do this! I add blueberries or pineapple a little apple cider and turmeric to reduce inflammation in the body I drink it m-th in the a.m, instead of coffee. my sun spots (face)have eliminated and I feel better (joints).

❤❤thank you feeling better today and high blood pressure was down. Took 2 oz first week, then second week 4 oz. Take it empty stomach and at work 7 am. Do fatigue and blood pressure levels where not leveled. Thank you 🙏
