Andy, I am so thankful for this video. I did everything you taught in this video and in just 6 days. My malinois was able to go into her crate on her own. And oh my gosh I can't explain how crate training changed her behavior so much. She is 💯 times calmer when locked up or when she's in the car. She used to squeeze her head through the door. But I make sure that she stays calm and wait for my "okay" before letting her out. By making her learn crate training, I was able to train her easily to sit by the garage door to go outside.

In struggling to have control over my 2 month old BM.. when ever I try to train him using food ..he just charges at my hand..bites and barks(cutely).. and loses interest in food ..even when he's really hungry.

Any suggestions on if the living room is the only available spot for the crate in my home? I like the idea of having it separate, especially since I have 2 adult dogs that are not crated, but just not possible. I want my Mal puppy to learn the crate but not be so worried about getting out to play with the other two.

Im guilty....I have always used the folding metal crates because Im lazy and it seemed easier to just pull the tray out and take it outside to clean it!
