Let's get moving Team! This 15 MIN no equipment HIIT Workout will make you Burn calories, Tone your total body and feel incredible🩷. Use this workout on its own or add it as a finisher to a strength workout.

The timer will be on for 30 seconds per exercise with 0 rest. This is NO REPAT so give me all you can! All you need is a mat and your amazing body.

This was my second workout today, and i really enjoyed it! I kept it mostly low impact because my body wasn't feeling the gigh impact. Thanks to you and your crew for another wonderful workout
