- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds - Lower Blood Pressure
- 1 Tbsp Goji Berries - Lower Blood Sugar

- 1 Tsp Cocoa Powder - Heart Health
- 1 Tsp Maca Powder - Increase energy (Brand: Naturya)

I think it's important to note that the chia seeds need to be mixed in with the yogurt and left to sit for 5mins. If not they'll expand in the throat and cause blockage.

Make sure to soak the chia seeds in water first, they’ll expand and clump together creating creating blockages if you don’t
