Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.

I have been following you since Covid pandemic. I have a break in between, and this video really shocked me with the add between. I remembered you with someone who was trying not to interfere with the process and help us out so I can’t believe you put an add in between this time. I guess things change..

I understand the need for your advert in the middle of the workout but it’s disappointing that when video resumed, part of your workout had skipped on

I liked this workout, but I gotta say I hated the middle where you were like an ad. I couldn't tell when it was time to start the next exercise because the pop up noises were distracting and the box of the workout was so tiny. I always skip the intro because I already know about your app thats all you talk about, I don't need you preaching about it in the middle of the moves.

i really feel it in this workout, but when I’m doing my right leg I feel the burn, but with my left leg I only feel it with my right and nothing on my left. What am I doing wrong?
