I tried this today morning, I added apple instead of bananas as I didn't have . I topped it up with almonds instead. It was so nice. I love your recipes so healthy & quick.

Hey Nisa, I tried this smoothie today but with a twist. Didn't have banana & Amla or Amla powder so gave it a skip. Instead used an apple & 3 soaked almonds, 2 each of cashews, pistachios, 3 black raisins & 5 brown raisins along with all other ingredients mentioned by you. It's yumm. Thanks for sharing ❤️

i added honey and a lil condensed milk.. i made it without amla, banana or dates so.. it filled my stomach when i thought i had nothing at home. it tastes so good thankyou so much

Really delicious. Made it as breakfast before work. I tried it with applejuice instead of water this morning, and it just really boosted the deliciousness!

I did this for the first time this morning. Currently I'm unable to have nuts and dates and forgot to add the amla and added honey and it was so good. Thanks for this recipe. Will definitely be making it again.

I used cornflakes instead of oats and apple instead of dates along with a tinge of coco... It came out pretty well

I make my smoothi with peanut/ almond/ walnut butter.
I also blend oats with green leafy vegetable with single fruit like banana/ strawberry/blueberris and cinnamon & lime juice. These are blend with Soya milk/ almond milk. It is a change. One can use diff combinations.

I am a regular viewer of your channel for last 6 months. From your channel only I got an idea about healthy cooking. I started using pink himalayan salt, iron, steel, glass and ceramic cooking utensils. Also tried many of your thyroid friendly recipies. I have been suffering from hypothyroidism and other related health issues for last 11 years and any other medical practitioner haven't advised to follow any special kind of food habits or to change the lifestyle. From your channel only I got an idea to research on glutens and dairy food components and its impact on auto immune diseases. I have a humble request, can you please do a video if you know anybody who had positive impacts after changing the food habits and lifestyle.
