Raw oats are difficult for the body to break down, and the enzymes in your saliva and stomach end up breaking raw oats into even more sugars. This is why store-bought oat milks, like Oatly tend to be sweet while not having any added sugars. They are processed with the same enzyme.

May I suggest first toasting the raw oats before blending. This makes them more easily digestible and won’t spike your glucose levels. Also, adding a touch of black pepper to your oats further aids in the digestion of them.

I learned these principles when I cooked in an Ayurvedic kitchen.

My suggestion: add a scoop of your favourite protein powder, tablespoon of honey and a touch of cinnamon 😊

One of the best videos yet showing different products. Different foods. This here was the best I've seen. It shows on the screen the ingredients and it doesn't run through it like it's running a marathon race. Thank you for this video and able to read what the ingredients are in this evidently protein drink. Thank you. Let's see more of these videos slow down so you can understand them and be complete

*Problem*: Oats contain phytic acid which blocks iron and other minerals from being absorbed by the body.
*Solution*: Let the oats soak over night (or at least 30mins) in that milk or any other liquid 😉

I made that 2 days ago! The fruit I put in was pear and I also add a pinch of cayenne, cinnamon, ginger powder, chia, Hemp and grind Flax seed.
The milk I used was Oat milk.

I do this every day, but You can mix one of these nuts instead of peanut butter every day so that your body does not only receive peanut butter: one day ten hazelnuts, the next day ten almonds, the next day ten pistachios, and another day three walnuts.

Oh yeah! Straight fiber. I used the same ingredients but sometimes add pineapple, strawberry, blueberry and chia seeds

Looks good. I'd toss the oats over the heat with some butter, then put in the blender with the other ingredients.

Had sg very similar today: 1 banana, 1 small pear, 1 small apple, oats, ginger powder, peanutbutter, pinch of salt + 1dl of hot water.
