In this video I assume you have no background using MS Project and introduce you to adding and sequencing activities with different variations and a simple explanation of the critical path. Is duration base on resources? Should i start with resourcing activities first then it will determine duration or insert duration base on the knowledge of how long the activities will take

Awesome sir. Just one doubt (In task 7 you are using predecessors as 6 and 5 so what might be the start date for task 7? whether it will take the date based on task 6 or task5).
