Question: What is the best way to set up the project if you want the ability to see it sorted by area (i.e. 1st floor, master bedroom) or by scope (i.e. framing, painting) going back and forth between the views? Thank you so much for your ideas!

at 1:13:38 when you change the option for the calendar to "all new projects", the default start and end times switch back to the default of 8 to 5. Also, the "New Business Plan" excel file does not have the milestones listed like the video shows.

OMG so many people love this video. I found it extremely boring and hard to keep track of. much talking. Just show me what I need to know. Time is precious and this took too much time. If I wasn't mandated to watch for school purposes, I'd find someone else.
