I was so tired and unmotivated today but convinced myself I only had to finish the 7-day ab challenge. But after completing those videos I felt I could actually do the other calendar workout to and even if I by no means did all the moves perfectly I’m still proud of myself! Consistency !

8 october done :) I remember when this video came out. I was doing pilates for like.. 7 months already (+ the beginners calender so 8 months) and i thought that I'm a pro cause 8 months is almost a year. I could hardly finish this video but i did after a few breaks. the next day I couldn't walk, sit, laugh stand or even lay down to my bed. Everything was soo painful. And today I finished it without stopping and I've already done 5 videos before this one. I'm actually really proud of myself :D

Oh my god I've been working out and lifting for nearly a year now and I've made tons of tried this workout and it just felt like it brought me back to day one of struggling extremely my abs are on fire especially from the last exercise coming from a guy your a beast and you still manage to talk and that wink lol and I'm over here grasping for air

So, today is June 13, 2023 and after 7 years of telling myself each month that I would start up your monthly calendars but never doing it I promised myself I would start today. I am in the worst shape of my life. Well, I got out my mat, turned on youtube, and looked at the playlist for today. Extreme Abs1 and 3 sat there staring me in the face. 😲😭🤣😍🤣
But I made a promise to myself and I did the best that I could. Cassie your encouraging personality is what kept me going when the pain was so real. lol Tbh, I could not do both at one time. Nor could I do all the reps or even all the moves the way you did them. However, I did them to the best of my ability and I did not stop. So thankful! It felt amazing to be toning my body again after so many years! I missed your upbeat and sweet self! I am going to keep doing Extreme abs 1 and 3 each week, in addition to your daily calendar workouts, so I can keep track of my progress over time. Thank you so much Cassie for keeping things free on here for us.

Am I the only one who gets interrupted while working out like I was halfway through and my mum opens my door with one of her friends on FaceTime saying "Talitha come and say hi!!" and im there sweating with my hair all over my face
