I used to have an episode every few months in my 20’s. I was a bartender, so I worked late and didn’t have the best sleep schedule. I’m almost positive that had something to do with it. The most common for me was the hag and the shadow by the door. Thankfully I haven’t had an episode in years. I wouldn’t wish them upon anyone.

I feel like a way to stop sleep paralysis is to sleep with a bunch of stuff around you Westlake a bunch of pillows or blankets or really anything or just the way staring at the wall

When I was a kid I had a terrifying demonic one that haunted me for a month. I can still remember the feeling of it choking me as it whispered horrible things in my ear! 😰😢 I was so scared to sleep, I would stay up for days at a time until I got so exhausted I would pass out wherever I was, & still have it happen! 😣

Thank God It's never happened since then! I'm still convinced it may have been something more than just a hallucination, because I found out later on that my sister was having the same type one at the exact same time as me... gives me chills just thinking about it. 😨

I once woke up lying on my front and felt a hand on my head and a telepathic voice that said "don't worry, your mind will lead the way". My cupboard was wide open.
Weird

I underestimated how bad it felt but thankfully it was a dream I kept being put back in the same position when ever I moved off the bed and even when I’m awake it feels like it happend

Fun fact:many times in SP, you will probably hear whispers and human noises, its because your body is repalying the morning memories sometimes at night
