Great message …. Healing from our childhood wounds is such an important and much needed topic… We need to do a better job as a society of protecting kids and offering resources. With social media, it seems that our kids and teenagers have even more opportunities to suffer injuries to their self esteem and sense of identity from the hands of their own peers. It breaks my heart to hear of the kids that are so wounded that they even end up hurting themselves or others.

Thank you, Dr. Janie Lacy! This information is much needed. My brother was in a toxic relationship that caused lots of stress, and I truly believe the stress caused his death at age 48. I hope more people will recognize when they are in toxic relationships and free themselves before it's too late. I loved the three pillars and how you discussed them in detail. Thank you for providing such valuable information.
