Thank you so much for this! It's about time for me to ditch my 30+ minute warm-up routine. I have a problem of constantly adding prehab exercises because I'm worried of re-injuring certain body parts when, in reality, I could probably cut my warm-up time in half and still be "safe".

I’ve been following your videos for years and let me just say this one is great! I’ve been doing your warmup routine before my workouts pretty much ever since it came out, but I was curious if there would be many differences in a warmup more focused on strength training/lifting? Another video perhaps?
