A week ago i saw my ex for the first time in a month and a half since she dumped me and it felt like we still had the same connection on every level. The next day i asked her why she saw me and that conversation ended with me saying goodbye because i couldnt be a apart if her life like a friend. And i restarted no contact. She admitted that seeing me made it a lot harder for her to accept the break up too so i know we still have something between us but now its time for her to sot with the consequences of leaving me. I was great to her we were great together and i have a feeling ill be hearing from her again very soon.

Hey Clay! Thanks so much for all of your amazing advice here on YouTube! I wondered if you might do a video on how to get an ex to take responsibility for their actions. My ex left me in January and while we’ve been making progress to rebond, he victimises himself in the break up. He says stuff to me like ‘I’m so devastated to have lost you’ rather than ‘I made such a mistake in letting you go’. I think he won’t be able to feel empowered to think differently about me if he sees himself as the powerless victim in all of this. How can I get him to change this mindset? Thanks!

My wife and I are separated and we see each other every day because we have a son. I'm pretty sure we can check of all of these boxes!!! It gives me hope that she will realize we should be together.

Hi Clay, just wrote to my ex and she said that she has indeed enjoyed spending time with me recently ( over the time that we have been reconnecting ) but then when I asked her if she had thought about the idea of getting back together she said yes, but also admitted that she thinks it shouldn’t develop any further. I can also say that this wasn’t really reactive of her. Any thoughts on this?

But these things only apply when you‘re in good contact with your ex and I guess almost none of us watching those kinda videos have a good relationship with their ex. Most of us are in no contact and/or heartbroken and left behind alone.
