i have a not low end but not medium endl laptop but i am getting only 30 fps in csgo...i recently downloaded it. i turned all graphic settings at low (in game settings) but no output

I have steady 130 fps. But in open areas with gunfire i spikes ALOT and then back to being smooth right after ?? Suggestions much welcone

I use a macbook to play that has a dual core intel with 1.1 ghz processor😅. And the cpu is noiser than my house fan. Thats why i use a boost to boost the processor and it still doesnt make much differents😂.( if anyone asks why i dont use pc or computer. My parents wouldnt buy a microsoft pc for me bcs they didnt like microsoft and they wouldnt want me to have a pc just to game )

I have 3060 rtx and i5 11400f but have like 120-140 fps on low settings but in valorant 300-350
