Are You Feeling Empty? 4 Reasons WHY

Do you sometimes feel empty, depress, or lonely, but you are not sure why? Emptiness and depression often go hand in hand. We made this video last year and it helped a to of people. We decided to release it again under a new animation this year. Hope you enjoy it.

Lost my dreams after my divorce 3 years ago.. I did win full custody of both our kids because she did some outrageous things. I was at the peak of my career too. Now I’m regrouping and rebuilding life as a single father. The emptiness comes and and goes but I’ll keep pushing and it’s one day at a time now. I’ll make it!!💪🏽

I've felt immeasurable emptiness since I was a child. Its led to addiction and poor relationships. Bad decisions, suicidal ideation.
