This is insane, it's been three months and my sister came to visit, last she saw me was on her wedding day. She gasped when she saw me and pointed out that I had lost weight. Best feeling ever bro. Got me so motivated to keep going 💪

Yesss! I struggled with being consistent but just went for it this year. Have stayed consistent for a month and the BIGGEST change is in my mindset - it’s not the weight or the physical changes that motivate me but it’s the fact that I wanna do this for the old me, the tomorrows me. Who’ll thank me for taking care of my body!

this is so true. I started 9 months ago, and by the 6 month mark I had people coming to ask me what i was doing and how they could do it. as of right now, 6 other guys at my job have also started fixing their weight and its starting to be noticeable. I feel better than I have in decades with almost 90 lbs lost in 9 months. but what feels even better is knowing that I inspired others to take control of their health as well.

Just wanna put this out there- progress isn’t linear- and sometimes it takes quite a while for us to get consistent and see results. So if you aren’t after 3-4 months but you’re feeling better, it might just need a little more tuning and time to get the habits ingrained.

Not even one week in, and honestly I feel great! There's obviously no changes in my body yet, but i'm feeling better and more positive. My emotions are just going to better 📈. 4 days ago I started 20 minute daily workouts (cardio, weight strength and abs) and I’m already finding I wake up sore and discouraged. THANK YOU for this video, it has motivated me to keep pushing and stay positive ❤😊
