YouTube TV Family Sharing Limited Access Status - Please Sign in From Home Area Location Restriction

YouTube TV allows you to share your account with 5 other people. But if you're sharing YouTube TV with someone that lives outside your zip code or state, they will lose access within 3 months of activating their guest account.

In this video I'll show you how to reactivate YouTube TV for family or friends even if they don't live in your Home Area. It's a temporary fix that does need regular maintenance. And you'll need the Gmail address and password from the shared account. And not everyone is comfortable with this part. But it is necessary! Another requirement is that you, the account owner will need to be in your Home Area.

I originally had a YouTube TV account that I shared with someone outside the household. Now that same person opened his own account is has added me as a “family member”. I deleted my family account so I’m not a member of the old group but when I sign in now and try to use his in a different household it keeps promoting me to sign up and won’t work to share.
Will this work the same way? He signs in a me at his house, watches for a few minutes and I’ll be able to log in again? Thanks for the help!

We have done this and my son still gets the “verify location” prompt. Are we missing something? Do I need to log out from his accounts on my tv at home?

Can you do this say once a month or every 2 months and have it reset the 3-month timer, or do you have to wait for the shared account to expire before doing this hack?
