Thanks! the first step, Microphone Privacy Setting was turned off in my situation (due to issues with previous W11 update, I guess). After watching this video, now it's working! Thanks a lot!!

If the thing showed in the video doesn't work then

1)Search device manager
2)Open it
3)Click audio input and output
4)Choose your microphone
5)Right click on your microphone
6)Go to properties
7)Go to driver
8)Uninstall device
9)On the top left corner you will see action menu
10)Tap on action menu
11)Tap scan for hardware changes
12)Close the window
13)Restart your device

The problem is when you plug your microphone into the 3.5 mm combination headphone and microphone Jack with Windows 11 it will not identify or recognize your microphone. This seems to be a problem that even Microsoft does not seem to be able to fix. If anybody has figured this out yet how to make the 3.5 mm Jack on my laptop with Windows 11 get identified and work please let me know. Nothing has worked so far

Yes this worked for me! Thank you so much for video, I playing VRchat and was having mic issues but this fixed all the stutters
