How the Stairmaster TRANSFORMED my BODY! Before and After Results

In this video, you’ll see how the #stairmaster, also known as the #stairclimber or #stairstepper transformed my body. The Stairmaster is the #1 #cardio machine for #weightloss and it’s known to give you a full-body workout.

I’ve noticed many transformative effects on my body because of the Stairmaster.

By using the Stairmaster, my thighs, glutes, and calves are more toned, and I’m developing lower body strength.

My time on the Stairmaster ranges from 5 mins to an hour. I focus on keeping the correct posture while I'm on the Stairmaster and I go at my own pace.

Also, I've been able to shed excess weight around my midsection because of the Stairmaster. The Stairmaster machine is a great tool for strengthening your core.

There are many benefits to using a Stairmaster but the #1 benefit for me is aerobic conditioning.

Girl you better tell them about that stairmaster. A friend challenged me to do it and I'm glad i accepted it. I had foot problem so it was perfect because i was in pain walking on the treadmill.


Gurl one day, probably after a month i was in the car and was like my legs looks funny. It was because they wasn't taking up the whole seat anymore😂🤣🤣. I swear by that machine. My stomach got flat, less back fat, legs got leaner/stronger, my butt got lifted and I got that C-curve where my lower back/butt connect. 10-20 minutes 3-4 times a day, intermittent fasting, boxing, diet was cooking at home and eating what I wanted just don't binge. I had a frozen kitkat addiction at that time so I cut it down from 5 packs a day to 2 packs a week.

I’ve been doing this 10 days now 5 days a week 35 minutes I added my sauna jacket today and was drenched love this machine I remember when I could only do 5 minutes! Congratulations everyone on your journey 🌹🫶🏽

I use to could not last 5 minutes. I finally hit 30 mins on Saturday!! I’m so proud of myself! The stair master is the truth!!

My mom had a "brick house" body back in the 90s from doing the stairmaster. She used to wear a waist trainer during the workout. I'm going to to start on the tm tomorrow when I go back to LA Fitness. This vid is on time!

My first day I felt in love w the stairmasters sadly I could only do 5 mins just a bit above level 1 the first couple days ……but my body started to get use to it

Thank you for this fantastic and inspiring video; you look great. I started yesterday and i only lasted 8 minutes on level 1. I tried level 2 and went back down as I was afraid I might misstep and hurt myself. I was drenched in those 8 minutes too. 😂. My goal this week is to increase my time in 5-10 minute increments and keep my speed comfortable.

Thank you for this video. I just started the stair master and I have been doing 15 minutes. I feel I could go longer if I went at a pace that was comfortable and steady instead of changing every minute and almost hurting myself. Next time I’ll going to do a steady pace of 1 or 2 for a longer time instead of feeling self-conscious like I’m not going as fast as those around me.

So just to be clear ( correct me if I’m wrong ) this over all change was over the course of 4/6 weeks and along with eating healthy and other exercises? You were just giving us insight on your seven days and not the exact results for seven days ? I’m only asking to not have unrealistic expectations for myself 😂 I’m very new to eating right and exercising. I’m a mom of two and this belly and back gots to go!
