Used to be 320lbs. I've since lost 30 lbs. I'm fairly tall though, (5'11'') and I used to do karate, so my legs are pretty much all muscle. I go for a walk any chance I get when I'm not working. It's certainly tough weighing 300lbs. However, I've been doing better mentally lately which has greatly helped with losing weight.

I was 220 lbs (5'4) and now I weigh 140 but being 220 was sooo hard for me to move around, I feel athletic now compared to before with how easy it is to do anything.
I cannot imagine being 300+, you'd have no real life with that weight.

while this is a comical look at weight this goes more for people who gained tons of weight in a tiny amount of time. at my heaviest I was 395. I made a choice to get healthy but my weight gain was over the course of 20 years and it increased a small amount collectively every year. I have the muscle tone to carry this weight but now I'm 220 and my muscles are still there.

Please everyone love yourselves, doesn't take much to lose the weight just understanding and curbing the cravings and sorting out the reason you started to not care any more. Everyone and I mean Everyone can get better, its not comfortable or fun but once you're healthier everything is much easier and this video is an analog to understanding its not just physical issues, its mental as well. I'm not asking anyone to conform to a body standard, pick the weight that works for you, me is 200 and I hope to see it before the new year!
