I think for my opinion, warden an iron golem that corrupt or infected by sculk. Why, because if you analyze warden and iron golem sounds if they hurt or die, the sound is similar in some way.

If you go into spectator mode and click on a mob you can see what it sees if you do this with the warden it has normel vision.
