How to Relieve a Stuffy Nose with Acupressure

Got a cold? Breathe easier with a move from the ancient Chinese medicinal technique, acupressure.

Warning
If you feel pain when using acupressure, stop immediately. Pregnant women should not use acupressure.

Step 1: Press under your cheekbone
Using your index fingers, press the areas at the bottom of your cheekbones, directly below your pupils. Called the Facial Beauty points, they are also believed to be an effective location for toning facial muscles.

Step 2: Keep the pressure on
Place strong pressure on the points and hold it for 30 seconds to a minute.

Tip
To make it more effective, press up toward your eyes as well as in toward your jaw.

Step 3: Repeat
Repeat several times a day.

Guys, just do as many PUSH UPS as possible. Your body will clear the blockage by itself.

Omg guys forget pushing on your check and crap try the pushup thing!! It's a few comments down do as many pushups as you can while breathing through you nose and it totally works!!!!

i always just push down on my nose ridge, right in the middle on the boney part. it relieves the pressure from my face and forehead. and just visualize the pain leaving.

Definitely works, only had to do 10-20 pushups



The physical exertion causes more pressure + The up & down movement gives your bodys pent up congestion relief + horizontal position faces your sinues down letting gravity do the work & giving the pressure and drip an escape route = instant clearance
