It's crazy to watch someone on youtube experiment like this.

All I did was eat meat and then I gained like 6 pounds of muscle. Helped me also realize how bad I feel when I eat 80% of the vegetables that we're regularly told are 'good for us'. Like Spinach.

So essentially you are helping pull yourself up with your other arm if you only use a couple fingers on the ring with your assisting arm you're going to be able to text your main arm a lot greater. You will see progression a lot quicker that way only if you give yourself ample rest though. You can't do that move to failure every day. You're going to see diminishing returns. The body needs rest during the adaptation process. It just does.

I’m glad this experiment went well for you! I haven’t consumed creatine because it seems to provide the same benefits as carbohydrates (energy production, pulls water into muscle cells). Creatine seems to be most popular among those who restrict carbohydrates/sugar.
