It would be extremely helpful if you listed the size of the dumbbells you use for each exercise.
Even if your editor just puts a 20 lbs or 40 lbs or Kg if that's what you use, on the screen as you do each exercise that way I can get an idea of what I should be working with.

Me parece que para tener los hombros de este tipo no basta con mancuernas, ni con mancuernas muchas horas, ni siquiera con muchas horas de mancuernas y comer mucha proteína...
Creo que se necesita algo más pero no se me ocurre que puede ser.

You don't need to perform all the exercises on the same day. I only do machine shoulder press, cable lateral raise, rear delts fly and shrugs.
