Cognitive Behavior Therapy is a goal-oriented form of therapy that commonly addresses depression, anxiety and OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). A therapist helps a person learn what behavior is holding them back, works with their client to identify negative thoughts and teaches them how to reframe them, so they have a better self-image and healthier relationships with friends and loved ones.

I learnt 2 things by clicking on this video. CBT is one of the newer ways to approach behavioral psychology. This was not around years ago but makes logical sense. Secondly men like to clamp their ballbag between 2 pieces of wood or plastic.

Thank you for sharing this helpful video - your explanation of CBT is great! Sometimes we really need a powerful therapy like CBT to help break the vicious cycle of negative thoughts/emotions/fear --> which then leads to stress and anxiety (and then just repeats). I like how it's a collaborative process between the therapist and myself. And I don't mind homework in this case - it's worth it to break the vicious cycle! thank you!

Now i get more knowledge about Cognitive Behavioral therapy. Yes having good feelings is very important, and how to control negative emotions like sadness, I think everyone needs it.
