I am Vegan, and I got Cancer, I got Cancer not because I am Vegan but because my Family pass it on from more then 4 generation unfortunately. By be Vegan I was physically, emotionally, mentaly and spiritual prepare to combat this 'Karmic Family Illness ' I survive! last month my Oncologist say I was FREE! My Plant based way of life is the wise way to live . I will continuos be Vegan and more Spiritual then ever, ! My strength come from the same strength that the animals have by eating green. I became vegan after a cancer diagnosis. I am now cancer free and continue to eat vegan and am 70% raw. I feel great!

Every plant-based food has protein, not just chia seeds. Seeds are really hard to digest which is why most of them pass through us the same way they went in. If anyone asks where you get your protein from on a raw vegan diet, just tell them you get it from the same place horses, gorillas, elephants, rhinos, bison and elephants get their protein :D

happy i found this  im a diabetic and ive been trying to go raw for two years. dont know if im doing it right but im doing my best. my doc just recently took me off insulin so im happy for that. thanks for the added inspiration. bless u

cold turkey was the only way I could do it. the constant eating of cooked food only kept the addiction alive

I do not eat honey, but go with whatever works for you. Do your research. :) Technically honey is not vegan.

Just found u and your beautiful spirit I have fibromyalgia and restless leg syndrome and had open heart surgery in 2018 I am in constant pain daily and now at age 50 I want to feel better and have more energy and not wake up to meds and have to wait 30 min. To an hour for them to kick in before I can even move . I am going to start this immediately. Thank u
