This show gave me motivation to change. In 2015, I weighed 542 pounds at 5'3". After bariatric, exercise, nutritional, and therapy changes, I can proudly say I just weighed in at 178!! I've had one surgery to remove loose skin, yet now I have more skin and reconstruction needed. I'm not sure if I can get it. No matter what, I'm happy to be alive. ❤
UPDATE: I just weighed in at 161, and with 15 lbs of loose skin, my doctor believes I'm FINALLY AT GOAL! I just got another medicine taken off my chart, too! Total weight loss is 397 and holding. It's been tough, lots of tears, and therapy, but finally, I'm happy 😊

I LOVE Dr.Now. He carries the critics OBESE people in his heart. And he safe their lifes. I love his smile when SOME of the participants in my 600 lb life succesfull looses a lit of weight and g’ets a whole new life their family back and starts working again. Thats the biggest reward for Dr.Now. LEGEND ❤❤❤❤

His mother is the poster mom for spoiling her son. "I'm a mom when he says he's hungry I feed him". Being a mom doesn't mean killing your son. That whole relationship was sick. Those two never referred to themselves in single form. It was always we. "We thought 800 calories was too severe". Kid never had a chance.

As a firefighter in the UK I have had ruptured discs 3 times in the last 8 years getting guys like this to and from an ambulance in non emergency situations. Literally just moving them from ambulance to bed at home. Honestly I'm done with it. I have sacrificed my health and time with my family for people who don't even care for themselves.

If I remember correctly, he got up to 1000 lbs, then lost a bunch of weight. His mom died, and the he died shortly after that.
