To be honest, he looks almost exactly the same (great in both photos), but hard to tell since the lighting, posture, and background are so different, plus his shorts have a white top in the "before" photo and a black top in the "after". Before and after photos that are more consistent would be helpful in assessing any change.

HELP!!! I was doing sooo good until Thanksgiving. I'm vegan, but still protein first. Since Thanksgiving I began being carnivore. I get tired, listless is the word. I can't wake up early for my walks. Too tired to do JJ's Workout. If any read this & can send some encouraging words, that would be great. I was eating plant protein & eating veggies, fruits, nuts, berries, beans, eggs & cheese. But now unhealthy foods. Oh Lord help me get back on track I pray in Jesus Name Amen.😢😢😢😢😢

Is your husband on testosterone injections? Or on the androgel? My partner experimented with testosterone injections but doesnt like that it peaks and then falls away before the next one...maybe you can give us info on how his testosterone regime?
