They constantly replay over and over in their heads about what they did in public yesterday, did they say something embarrassing or did they do something embarrassing

This overthinking can drive you crazy and it’s very difficult to stop because suffering from anxiety means overthinking.

Number 1 - You struggle making decisions
Number 2 - You ignore your instincts
Number 3 - You constantly go over things in your head
Number 4 - You avoid making decisions all together
Number 5 - You repeat yourself
Number 6 - You need all of the information before you make up your mind
Number 7 - You’re rarely in the present
Number 8 - You struggle sleeping
Number 9 - What if
Number 10 - You miss deadlines you’ve given yourself

Today i told something random to someone Now i'm constantly thinking that i shouldn't have told about that..

Hmm let's see. Still thinking about a conversation that happened last year. Can't trust my own decisions. Getting to sleep at 2am when I go to bed at 10pm. "What if?" EVERYTHING. Thinking of the same thing over and over. My best friend always used to say "You've told me that before". Definitely an overthinker

I don't know if it's true or just false assumptions, I overthink over whatever my boyfriend says or do, it leads me to accusations frequently, I can't stop helping it.

Love this video. I'm a very anxious person. I was even telling my parents last night, that I'm always making huge deals about situations that aren't really that stressful. So in other words, I'm constantly making mountains out of molehills. It drives me absolutely crazy and leaves me stressed, irritated, and both physically and mentally drained. Found your video very helpful. It's practically the story of my Over thinking everything on a nonstop basis really sucks.

I overthink "situations" that are more likely not to happen because I want to be prepared for every possible situation even if it's not going to happen and sounds ridiculous. I don't know if I have to stop or continue doing this because it's kind of interesting and I enjoy doing that :/

I tend to follow 8 of the 10 things listed but I also have trouble concentrating when I overthink, especially if it’s a simple task that should not require much thought to begin with and it’s really effecting my job performance because I worry so much and compare myself to other people

I am an over-thinker... I’ve found this to be an addiction to suffering, suffering is the result of caring about things you cannot change and if you can change things which you can change, you will not suffer. None of us are alone, remember this.
