Omg! Thank you so much! I couldn’t figure out why my tank wasn’t snapping in place like it should and I tried to fill it will water and water just leaked everywhere! I did exactly what you said and took a flat head screw driver and was able to get it out, thank you so much for this video!!!

Thank you so much. Took the device apart and could not figure out why the rubber grommet wasn't seated well. You're video totally fixed it. My daughter keeps being right, you can google just about anything these days.
