This was so useful! I just bought one of these that was leaking and I'm pretty sure it's missing the fill tank cap's o ring. Will try to remember to come back with the part once i source it. Seems to be a really common problem and the company is out of stock online with replacement parts

Your video was short and very helpful. I bought Bissell Little Green cleaner what had good suction but no spry. I followed your video step-by-step instruction, got to the pump, separated pump from electric motor and found it was stocked. I put few drops of alcohol, turned it several times with pliers, added few drops of oil and it was working. I put together pump with motor, assembled entire system and it work like brand new. Thank you

wow it was great for you to take this apart and show us how to possibly repair it if we need to. Surprised you didn't try to take off the bottom part of the dirty water tank.... It almost looks like it can pop out but I never would risk trying....I want to clean that area so bad in mine but I can't.
