Awesome video! This is a great topic that isn’t discussed enough, in my opinion. I’ve talked with people about dynamic and static stretching, over the years. You gave thorough explanations and useful information. My flexibility decreased over the years because I didn’t make stretching a priority. I use dynamic stretches before I work and before I play basketball. I do static afterwards and on my days off. That routine has worked well for me.
