Can you make a video that gives general dynamic/static stretches we should do before or after a workout?

Do an actual YouTube video breaking these down if you haven't already cuz I'd love to see that. I stretch a lot and used to be into yoga before I was into working out because I hated the gym, but I love to stretch. So now that I'm going to the gym and stretching for that purpose now, I'd love to know what the difference is and why would matter to me. Thanks!
