Very nice. Simple and direct, and totally DIY-friendly. One improvement I may make if I copy your design is some mechanism to allow me to unspool wire that's already on a bobbin (of which I have a large quantity), then re-spool it into nice hanks that can be easily carried to the scrap yard. Some people have set up motorized drives, but I think that is overkill, unless you have an awful lot of wire/cable to strip.
